Manuh Collective

Bringing Culture and Systems Together.

SMEs account for 30–40% of industrial carbon emissions and up to 50% of commercial waste globally. Social enterprises employ over 20 million people worldwide and attract $100 billion in impact investment annually. Every dollar earned by social enterprises returns an estimated 40–60 cents in social and environmental value.

By strengthening SDG 17 partnerships, we enhance impact—empowering changemakers with tech, strategy, and purpose to deliver sustainable solutions for socially conscious enterprises.

About Us

We are innovation ethnographers at heart, specializing in tech startups and MSMEs. With a background in enterprise sales and public-sector partnerships, Manuh Collective operates at the intersection of people, processes, and early-stage growth. Our mission is to help companies define their go-to-market strategy and scale commercially, with a particular focus on driving success through public-private collaborations. (Think of us as matchmakers—we thrive on managing stakeholders and creating meaningful connections!)

By aligning culture with systems, Manuh Collective helps organizations better understand their customers, build high-performing teams, reduce burn, and drive sustainable growth. From wireframing and user feedback to talent strategy and beta launches, we've done it all—and we're here to support your team from start to finish.

Our Story

"Innovation" and "Digital Transformation" are often buzzwords, typically associated with futuristic visions and disruptive technologies. However, we believe that any organization, regardless of size, can harness the power of innovation to improve—whether that means becoming more resource-efficient, speeding up processes, or delivering customized solutions to clients.

The pandemic exposed deep societal divides—between small businesses and funding bodies, the Global South and North, and academia versus real-world challenges. With experience in tech startups and consultancies, including those supported by Innovate UK, Wellcome Trust UK, MIT, and the Government of India, Priyanka Dass Saharia founded Manuh Collective. Initially offering volunteer services to businesses recovering from the pandemic, it has since evolved into a consulting practice focused on ethical, strategic engagement with financial, informational, and entrepreneurial systems.

Our passion lies in identifying and enabling the key opportunities within an organization—whether it’s finding the right customer segment or forging strategic partnerships—and driving scalable growth.

‘Manuh’ means the primordial human—the source of all life. Paired with ‘Collective,’ the name may seem paradoxical, but it speaks to a borderless, shared essence that connects all beings. It reflects the life force we all carry—human and non-human—and the need to protect it.

“The way you captured the journey of Ariel Robotics, our mission, and the innovation we're striving for in Africa’s supply chains is both powerful. I love the emphasis on storytelling, and I completely agree with your decision to keep the focus on the narrative — it's authentic and impactful.”
— Landile, Founder, Ariel Robotics (South Africa)

“Your mentorship was instrumental—not just in one-on-one sessions but in empowering the entire South African cohort with strategic clarity, constructive feedback, and calm focus. You embody the ecosystem values of trust, generosity, and shared purpose.”

— Nicole Gray, Entrepreneurship Development Manager, ALX Ventures (South Africa)
